Texas Instruments TPS3850/TPS3850 Q1 Precision Voltage Monitor
Texas Instruments TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1 precision voltage monitor combines a precision voltage monitor with a programmable window Watchdog timer. The TPS3850 TPS3850 Q1 window comparator can achieve an accuracy of 0.8% (-40 ° C to+125 ° C) for overvoltage (VIT+(OV)) and undervoltage (VIT - (UV)) thresholds. TPS3850 TPS3850 Q1 also includes precise hysteresis for these two thresholds, making it very suitable for use with tight tolerance systems. The reset delay of this monitor can be set through factory programmed default delay settings or programmed through external capacitors. The reset delay programmed by the factory has a high-precision delay timing with 15% accuracy. TPS3850/TPS3850-Q1 includes a programmable window Watchdog timer timer for various applications. Dedicated watchdog output (WDO) can improve resolution and help determine the nature of faults. The TPS3850-Q1 device meets the AEC-Q100 certification for automotive applications.
